Terms of Service

Henny's Transportation provides premium ground transportation services in Las Vegas, Nevada, and surrounding areas, including airport transfers, point-to-point transfers, hourly and as-directed service, corporate transportation, VIP transportation, group transportation, event transportation, and nightlife transportation. All services are subject to availability and must be reserved in advance unless otherwise arranged.

Reservations can be made through our website booking form, by phone, or by email. A booking request is not a confirmed reservation until we have reviewed the request, confirmed availability, and either collected payment or otherwise confirmed the booking in writing. We will provide a confirmation number for confirmed reservations.

You are responsible for providing accurate trip details, including pickup location, destination, date, time, passenger count, luggage needs, flight information, and any special requests. Delays or issues caused by inaccurate information may result in additional charges or service limitations.

Pricing is based on the service type, vehicle, distance, duration, time of day, and any additional requests. Quotes provided are estimates unless confirmed as a fixed rate. Applicable taxes, fees, tolls, parking, airport fees, and gratuity may be added where appropriate.

Payment is processed through a third-party payment processor. For certain bookings, we may require a deposit or full payment before confirming the reservation. If a booking is approved and payment is required, the reservation is not considered fully confirmed until payment is received and processed.

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the agreed amount for the services booked.

Cancellation policies may vary based on the type of service, vehicle, and event. In general, cancellations made well in advance are eligible for a refund or credit, while last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.

To cancel or modify a reservation, contact us as soon as possible using the contact information below. Refunds, when issued, are processed through the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.

We strive to provide reliable, on-time service. However, ground transportation can be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, flight delays, events, and other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, but we will make reasonable efforts to adjust and communicate as the situation allows.

For airport arrivals, providing accurate flight information helps us plan your pickup. Additional wait time charges may apply for excessive delays not caused by us.

Passengers are expected to behave in a safe, lawful, and respectful manner. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles unless explicitly arranged. Excessive mess, damage to the vehicle, or unsafe behavior may result in cleaning fees, damage charges, or termination of service without refund.

Vehicle capacity limits, including passenger and luggage limits, must be respected for safety and comfort. If your group or luggage exceeds the booked vehicle's capacity, we may need to upgrade the vehicle or provide additional vehicles at additional cost.

Henny's Transportation is responsible for providing the transportation services described in a confirmed reservation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, missed flights, or business interruption, except where required by law.

We recommend that customers carrying valuable items maintain appropriate insurance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property left in our vehicles.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Henny's Transportation LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

You may use our website and customer account features only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to administrative areas, other users' accounts, or our operational systems. Misuse of the website may result in suspension or termination of access.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Henny's Transportation LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Our website and payment processing may rely on third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party providers.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
